Busy Bee by ginas-cakes Busy Bee by ginas-cakes
We've got a hedge at the font of the house that's just grown some blossom on.....really smells, but seems to attract lots of bees. I was a bit put-off at first seeing all these bees buzzing backwards and forwards, but then got interested and started watching them.
I thought I'd get a bit of practice in and take a few shots.....well about 40 really, and got 1 that wasn't blurred...:)

i like how fluffy bees are but it's scary when they fly in your direction

I really grew to love bees after a few days of trying to photograph them. One picture I took a bee looked the same shape as a hedgehog because of how fluffy it was..^^

I love watching bees work & if you leave them 'bee' they leave you alone
*Not to mention how vital they are to our ecosystem.*
Great shot; it's amazing as you can even see the pollen on it's legs.

Thankyou...and I think I am just about discovering the limit of my camera now.....although I've yet to see what I can get out of the 'multiple shot' setting.
You certainly have to have patience to get that 1 shot.....and nerves of steel if your a bit of a big girls blouse like me.....:)

Thankyou...I'm starting to like bees now too. It wasn't until observing them that
I noticed how harmless they are. They were just getting on with their own thing,
and didn't care that I had a camera in their face...:aww:
