...and I loved doing all the Okami cakes. Very challenging, but a great end result..
It would have been alot easier to go on a course or something, but I've only ever made cakes for fun....and a few orders..
..I think that if it was a profession, I wouldn't be able to maintain the attention to detail.....or enjoy what I do as much.
If it were a profession, it would mean that things would be harder to maintain and it would be difficult to get things done the way you want it within the deadline time period.
