I started making this for my Sister-in-law just after finishing the Spyro one. She asked if I could fill and cover chocolate sponge with nutella....so I said 'sure' ..'no problem'. I didn't realise that tthe nutella would start pulling the crumbs off as I was spreading it on, so it was a bit of a long and careful job.
I also discovered that cold damp air, is just as bad as warm and humid. We had a bit of a temperature drop and it rained all day. The cake looked like it had been next to a boiling pot of water.....still, as I always say, a lesson learned with every cake...
