Well.......despite all the cakes I've done, I've never made a fuss of our own Christmas cake, so this is it!
It's a full fruit cake with marzipan and fondant decoration.
Due to all our love of the Tombraider games, I decided to do Lara's home this time from TR2. I was originally looking for a normal house design to make into a gingerbread house cake, but couldn't find one I liked.
The cake is an 11" square cut in half and stacked. To give you an idea of the size, the christmas tree is 6cm.
