Mimic Chest Cake

This is a quick cake I've just made for my daughters boyfriend. She reminded me for weeks about a Birthday cake, but time crept up pretty fast, and all of a sudden, I had 2 days to make one! I baked....carved and covered on the same day which I really don't recommend......and painted and finished off the next. I wished I had time to do all the little details like the lock and chain etc, but he loved it anyway so that's the main thing
