Rose Basket Cake

This is one of two cakes I made to help raise money at a charity bake sale at my husbands work. It amazingly sold for £50

The cake is an 8 inch Vanilla sponge with raspberry jam and vanilla butter cream filling. I've made a few of these now all different colours,
so though shades of just pink would make a change
