This was made for my daughters class back in 2002 as a 'whole class' present from her.
It's a sculpted vanilla sponge with jam and buttercream filling with fondant decoration.

Sorry about the bad picture......didn't have a good camera at the time :)

:) Usually if there is anything left after the kids...I get jelly to pour over it and pop it in the fridge for desert! Nothing goes to waste ;)
