Description

This is the way I make fondant flowers. I read it in a book ages ago....can't find it now, but they turn out ok.
I like this method because you don't need to use any icing sugar as the petals just peel off the clingfilm ok. It also means that you don't have to use anything to stick the petals on, and the entire flower is edible.
I've tried to explain the best I can, but if there is anything that doesn't make sence, or you have problem if you try them out, I'll be happy to explain....:aww:

hope you don't mind me asking a quick question — why did you cover your finger with clingfilm? does it add a particular texture or is it just to avoid fingerprints?
