Description

This was for my daughter Daniellas 15th Birthday on the 15th of April. I'm getting to enjoy making square mathematical cakes more now I've gone through all what can go wrong in the process
This is made of 2, 8inch square sponges.....one vanilla and one chocolate. I rolled out as much blue for the house as I had space for a day earlier giving it plenty of time to harden enough to cut to size, but not too much so I could score in the surface detail.

The front roof is supported by wooden skewers hidden by thinly cut pieces of dried fondant.

I hid a little gift in the roof before sticking the tiles down with royal icing. :icongiftplz:

If you would like to use this image for anything at all,
would you please let me know before you do so.....Thankyou..:aww:

Wow! Your fondant looks like it stays so stiff! What kind of fondant do you use? I would have to use gumpaste for that but gumpaste goes to hard to cut through :S Your piece is so clean!! :D
